At Magnali, we aim to deliver all orders quickly, safely, and transparently.
All shipments include full tracking and are handled through our certified logistics partners.


📦 Order Processing

  • Order cut-off time: 3:00 PM SGT (orders placed after this time are processed the next business day)

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (no processing on weekends or public holidays)

📍 Shipping Origin

To ensure fast delivery, all orders are shipped directly from our certified manufacturing and fulfillment partner in China.


🔔 Tracking Information

  • You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier scan times.


✏️ Address Changes

You may request an address change within 1 hour after placing your order.
After 1 hour, we cannot guarantee modifications, as your order may already be processed.

📦 Failed Delivery Attempts

If a parcel is returned to the carrier due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address

  • failed delivery attempts

  • refusal to accept the package

Re-delivery fees may apply, depending on the carrier.
Magnali is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages caused by customer address errors or missing delivery information.

If you wish to return your order, please review our full Return Policy.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Digital products (e.g., eBooks) are delivered by email and include no shipping costs.
